A Girl Boss is someone who has big dreams and willing to work hard for them. So being a girl boss is really about being the boss of your own life. You don't have to be the boss of anyone else to be a girl boss. So its about keeping the personal responsibility for your future,being comfortable with taking risks, and understanding that failure is a byproduct of your own invention. If you're learning from what you are doing, even if the outcome isn't what you anticipated or expected, you're learning. If you are learning from what you are doing then you are winning.I think a lot of people are afraid of taking risks because they are scared of failure.
